SALON POLICIES

To ensure the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask you to review and respect our salon policies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the outstanding balance being charged to the card on file.

Changes to Services
If you wish to change the services you have booked, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust your appointment time accordingly. Last-minute changes may not be able to be accommodated.

Attending Your Appointment
Due to our limited space and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.

Children in the Salon
For safety reasons and to preserve the calm atmosphere of the salon, children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.

Colour Patch Testing
All new colour clients must receive a skin sensitivity patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Failure to complete a patch test may result in your service being rescheduled  and may still be subject to a charge.

Running Late
We understand things happen. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service, or in some cases, reschedule, and the full appointment fee may still apply.

Belongings
While we take care to create a safe and welcoming environment, the salon cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings. We kindly ask guests to keep valuable items with them at all times.
